I do bone broth MCT as breakfast during fasting with lmnt for afternoon. I'll nibble a handful of macadamia nuts during the day. I don't do strict fasting

I've done a 3, 5 and even 10 day water fast. But I'll never go that extreme again cause I'll risk losing muscle. I lost 40lbs in 5 months while getting stronger in the gym. So I'm grateful for trying those extreme fasts. I'll do the protein sparing modified fasting next time!

I just did a two day bone broth fast. I used homemade broth and drank green tea. When I broke the fast, I had a berry smoothie made with coconut milk.
