I made my body adapt to burning fat through intermittent fasting, and then started lowering my carb intake slowly over time while fasting. You can do it either way it all depends on your tolerance.
This is essentially a paleo plan from what I can tell, which I think is perfect especially after the holidays and for new people looking to get into losing weight with an introduction to Keto and still retain/even build some muscle. From here can you jump into the fast and feast plan, then dive into the shred plan if you really trying to be in shape by spring.
Definitely need this. Carbs and dairy are my biggest weakness

Let’s get my flat muscles full again! From a 37ish waist in Aug. to 29 inches now.
Thank you I’m coming back to keto after awhile. This will be get me back on track without feeling overwhelmed. I want it to be sustainable in the long run.
