Video has absolutely no mention of Apple Cider Vinegar.
He’s only 51 which is surprising given subject matter. Easily could pass for 65

This guy is 6 years older than me and looks 26 yrs older.
Anyone got timestamp for where they talk about apple cider vinegar?

One form of intentional movement I would suggest to these guys and everyone is Qi Gong. This is under the umbrella of MMA but Qi is the starting point for me as it is low intensity movement and excersize, plus you can add pressure point massage, and QiGong meditation. I still add in some very basic self defense Thai Chi & Isshinryu Karate with my QiGong but these forms of self defense start with being in good place with the World, not to be the aggressor or plot retaliation. Qi is about having that inner feeling of physical power but also mentally being in a good place with the World ✌🏼🕊️
people need relationships that compliment who they are at heart
I feel the need to comment on what an excellent teacher Dave Asprey is. He seems very fit and energetic. His health history includes decades of infirmity that he has overcome through knowledge and self discipline. Quite admirable.
