Thomas I’ve followed you for years. What I have learned from your videos have saved my life thanks brother 🙏. You’re a blessing to the world.
I am a 73 year old grandma and I started really taking care of myself at age 62. I have never smoked and I don't drink alcohol. I constantly get people commenting on how nice my skin looks.. I have never worn face make up. I do grounding early in the morning and have a grounding mat I use . I lay outside in the sun for an hour at 11.00am. My granddaughters keep me laughing and active. My biggest concern is what is going to happen to the children . I see overweight , unhealthy young parents with kids who are starting to look like them. It is incredibly sad. My grandkids have been raised on grassfed meat & diary and do not eat processed foods. They do not have a TV in their home and no wifi. They like to read, do creative things, and ride their bikes. They both just got back from a week long scout camp out with their Dad who is an eagle scout. I remember when kids loved scouts and learning new things. What is going to happen if kids and parents are both in the hospital with preventable health issues?

I always tell folks just because they're skinny doesn't mean they're not fat. It's called skinny fat and why there are skinny diabetics.
great talk, but honestly, when I started listening to Dr. Sean a few years ago, I always regarded visceral fat as something that encased all the organs AND glands that would impair function, including the heart, kidneys, thyroid, eyes, brain, sex organs, prostate etc...
Standard Cardiology Care is going to ignore this because they got to pay off enormous loans by prescribing prescription medication and hopefully passing on their patient to other departments such as oncology as they develop more chronic disease so the Hospital pats them on the back for increased revenue.

My wife sent me this video. It's fascinating. Ten weeks ago I was 248 pounds. I started eating only 2x per day, starting the day with 2oz of steak and one egg, cooked in a pan in the morning. Skip lunch most of the time. Then have a good sized salad around 5pm with some veggies, fruits and shredded grilled chicken. In ten weeks I've lost 15 pounds and am down to 233 pounds and I feel much better. My mind is better! I find that when I don't have enough greens, the lack of fiber backs me up and I feel awful. So I feel good about my path, which is much less calories, more meat and much less processed food. I look much more than 15 pounds lighter due to lack of inflammation. I have been starting to have arrhythmia the last year and I am 59 years old, so it's time. I have belly fat, so I am taking all this quite seriously. After seeing this video I have no doubt I have a heart fat issue and I am tackling it. This video is very inspiring and makes me wanna keep going.
I like this idea of the face being the poor man's MRI. After all, it's not like an MRI is without negative effects on the body, even if minimal per exposure. Measuring the torso at different points wouldn't necessarily tell the story of visceral fat but it highly suggests things about it.
