Cottage cheese with pineapple and blueberries is delicious
Cold potatoes sounds like a green light for tater salad. It makes a mighty good side for smoked Texas brisket.
Pomegranate, kiwi, rasberries and olives ☀️
My wife HATES kimchi! I have to eat it in the garage😂
We make our own lunch meat; turkey breast, Chicken breast or grass fed beef tri tip, with our own seasoning or marinating before cooking in the oven. The only soy we consume is miso in salad dressing or soup, not a whole lot. But because it's fermented, and in that form is beneficial.
Love this. Be careful which gluten free flour you use - some (not all) contain Xanthan Gum or E45 (used in salad dressings and cheap ice cream) it was discussed in yesterdays video - changes, the microbiome.
DIY: ferment the beets like kimchi or sauerkraut. Make your owner mustard from seeds, vinegar, turmeric and other spices.
you can reheat cold potatoes they retain all their resistant starch
Thanks very much for all the suggestions.
