I don't need to add another high priced exotic food into my diet. I will stick with walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, hazel nuts, brazil nuts, and once a week or every two weeks, crunchy peanut butter. Most likely you don't need it either. It's probably not going to make a big dent in your fat levels or your health. The quality of your overall diet will likely have a greater effect on fat levels and your health than a single specific exotic food.
Thanks for getting to the point early on rather than dancing around for 5-10 minutes(or more) as some YouTubers will do. 👍

"The long-term dietary L-arginine supplementation should be avoided particularly in elderly population" due to its negative impact on kidney health, per Huang et al. In 2021.
Sacha inchi is too rich for my economics. I eat what I can afford. Blueberries are still my favorite source for antioxidants.
I've been adding the Sacha inchi powder to my smoothies for years! It's one of the highest plant based forms of omega 3 as well as high in protein.
It seems that in the UK at least, there is only the oil available rather than the seeds themselves. Consuming this would seem to run contrary to all the advice to avoid seed oils, plus there is the issue of rancidity.
Good on you for not Stringing ppl along Tomo,,,Your correct we do trust you 👍👍👍
