My Doctor told me to read ‘The Secrets of True Healing’. I didn’t realize how blinded I was until I read it. It’s crazy how nobody is talking about how powerful that book is.
Excellent... Omnivorous protein rich diet, fractal eating, polyphenols, Turmeric, creatine. Elimination of things that are doing us no favors...alcohol, GMO's, processed foods.

I have always said good meat, whole food veggies, fruits, gains. Works for me. Organic green tea ☕
Began Pendulum Glucose control two months ago. Took an at home A1C test and my reading decreased from 5.7 to 5.2. During this 2 months, I increased fiber and polyphenols. My results are consistent with their clinical study on Akkramansia. What’s remarkable about this is I am almost 83 years old. My point here: Gut change is possible even at advanced age. 🦋

Finally a plan that sounds reasonable and not cutting out a major food group! Thank you!
