My dad use to say, “we age too fast and learn too slow.”
I am 70 y.o. And look like I am 60.Full of energy. Travel a lot. Jog. Exercise. And no doc’s visits. No supplements. No vitamins. No pills. And no reason to complain. Eat twice a day. No sweets. Minimum carbs. Please, everyone listen to Dr. Berg and stay healthy and full of energy. Love to all.

YES! you're 100% correct! I ate 1 or 2 meals a day for 20 years, sometimes I was working so much I'd forget to eat. I had the energy of a 10 year old, I weighed 170 lbs (5'9") I had about 8% BF. The a friend into holistic medicine and diet told me to eat 6-8x a day small meals, take vitamins, eat lemons, don't eat meat. I went up to 195lbs, felt like crap, fell asleep all the time. After 20 years I went back to 1 meal a day, 100% grass fed beef often, eggs, pork, fish,chicken, little or no carbs, lots of veggies and raspberries, no sugar, no HFCS, no chips etc. I have cheat days, ice cream, pasta etc. Back to 170 lbs from a 205 lbs high with preDB. Now I have energy I work 8-10 hours a day, I'm 67. Thanks for your video.
