While these experiments are suggestive, they still have issues. The Singapore study was not blinded and had no control group. The Quantum Tx knee study used a sham of no activation, but "sham" treatment is essentially impossible when one of the common side effects of this machine as stated in their own literature is a sensation of warmth, tingling, etc. TRPC1 is notoriously sensitive to minute fluctuations in temperature and vibration which the researchers do not control for. I'm not saying that it doesn't work, but the researchers haven't done enough to demonstrate that the placebo effect, warming effect, etc., are well enough controlled to rule out that putting a warm compress on your knee for 10 minutes every week wouldn't get similar results. There's still a lot of work to be done here.

Is this believable, much less proven? Are you going to stop exercising and just lie on a PEMF mat instead?

While this is nice to know, the specific frequencies and pulse duration are necessary information for verification of this technology. Without that information, this presentation is almost useless. Fortunately that information is in the research papers.
