The great kettlebell expert Pavel says train in a state of calm, be in control, feel like you own the workout and it doesn't own you, and exert yourself around 80%
I like spinning and rowing, safe for my knees and dont need 2 workout bras like I do with running 😂😂😂

I think you can get the same effect with just one exercise: hiking on trail with some elevation change.
I ruck in zone 2, stop every half mile to do some exercises, ruck another half mile, stop for exercises….
I used to do something similar to what you're talking about in the '90s. It's exhausting but it works. I had a membership at 24 hour fitness at the time so I would go in the middle of the night where there were less people. Kind of weird at first but it works.
