I’m eighty and I still train heavy 4-5 times per week. Mostly paleo diet but a few carbs, probably less than 60-80 grams on average per day. I also walk for at least 10 minutes after each meal.
TLDR: Age doesn't change what you should always be doing lol. -Eat lots of protein -Continue to hit the gym -Continue to include some cardio

Age 63, retired, been focusing on protein, muscle and VO2, plus now as garden season has started here in MN burning 3500 calories a day (except today, rainy rest day).
Metabolism & energy do slow down with age. But it's not uniform. Some 70-year-olds have faster metabolisms & more energy than others.
Who you calling “old”? Lol I really enjoyed the video! I listened to the earlier one during my 4-mile walk. Thanks to you, I’ve lost 25 lbs since February and still going.
I started lifting weights when I was 17. Now going on 57 years old. I can’t imagine not working out!
I need solutions to these challenges. I am 65, so I can't change the past. Thank you.
Being back "Gramma Strength "
Training with heavy weights with 50 and focusing on protein is a game changer... but still you need to be careful to not get injured... I am working all my life
