Dr. MIKE has added 3 inches to my arms and several to my thighs and a few inches on the shoulders, along with 30 lbs. of fat loss and the fat loss plateau.This man has all the knowledge anyone will ever need for fat loss, weight gain, and everything in between. I felt so drained and tired everday.
