I put on a 30 lb vest and go for a 10 minute run after my workouts. For 3 months, every day, i got so lean, i couldn't believe it. Diet stayed the same. So try it.

I've been following Trim Healthy Mama style of diet for the last 11 yrs. The main focus of it is separating fats and carbs in the same meal. I along with MANY others have hade huge success losing ang and maintaining weight loss.
