TMG is what you get from Spinach or Radish. I take TMG mostly for my kidneys,because I had side effects froom using Creatine in the past. TMG helped a lot.It's also great for the muscle and heart.

I like the frequent muscle stimulation tip. I get so impatient when I'm walking my dog because he smells everything. Maybe I'll take the time to do bodyweight squats or flex other muscles 😊
