Cool, buy a new pair of shoes, got it! 🫡
Very subtle VO2max flex from Ben😅 0:18
Started Couch To 5k last summer, now run 3 to 4 times a week, got my first 10k coming up this summer, excited!
Today i did my first 10k ever. Started running this year and watched a lot of your videos and did most of your free plan for 5/10k. Really enjoyed it. Thanks a lot :)
"Wouldn't be able to sustain for more than a few minutes"... "Or more realistically... a few strides, a few seconds!" 😎
Ran the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon today, only managed a 20 second improvement from last year despite much more focused approach and training. Plus it was a lot cooler too! It's a very hilly and challenging route mind... 3hrs 16mins and 16 seconds.
you should add some strength workout too it really helps
Thanks for the tips Ben
The helium balloon trick is very helpful
Started running in covid for the first time ever, only did 5ks but managed to get to a 24:18 PB, then had knee issues and didn’t run for 6 years, put on 15kg which was horrible. Got engaged last year and decided it was time to change, lost 20kg through the gym but never started running again due to worry with my knees. Started watching you on YouTube 4 months ago and decided to take the plunge. Invested in some new saucony dolphin azuras and got out there, 30min 5ks to start but last week managed to get a new PB of 23:58 and followed that up with a 10k PB of 51:28. I love running again thanks to you, hoping to build up to a half marathon over the next few months once I’m married!!
