Writing a summary of this just in case you don't have 2 hours • Inflammation is driven by the gut, not just genetics. • Leaky gut triggers bloating and immune dysfunction. • Gut health links to cancer and chronic disease. • Constipation is the main cause of bloating. • Avoid straws, carbonated drinks, and gum. • Gut damage worsens the gut barrier. • Microbial breakdown fuels inflammation. • Chronic inflammation stems from a damaged gut. • Constipation isn't just infrequent poops; it's incomplete emptying. • Gas travels with poop, often linked to microbial fermentation. • Prebiotics feed microbes, increasing bowel movement size. • Dairy and gluten can trigger gas. • Glyphosate (Roundup) harms gut microbes. • Organic wheat avoids glyphosate exposure. • Immune system attacks microbiome, not intestines. • Antibiotics disrupt gut barrier by 50%. • Frequent eating keeps insulin levels high. • Fiber feeds gut microbes, creating short-chain fatty acids. • Acetate, propionate, and butyrate are key short-chain fatty acids. • Alcohol disrupts the gut barrier, causing leaky gut. • Turmeric blocks inflammatory cytokines. • Consistent wake-up times are key for circadian rhythm. • Hydrate with water and prebiotic fiber upon waking. • Morning exercise improves focus and sleep. • Breakfast should be high fiber and moderate protein. • Antibiotics in the first year increase allergy risk. • Low butyrate levels predict allergic disease development. • Morning supplements: Vitamin D, Omega-3s, Turmeric. • Socializing at lunch combats loneliness. • Outdoor walks boost serotonin for mood and focus. • Activate evening relaxation rituals around 9:00 PM. • Aim for consistent bedtime, even if it's late. • Three meals a day support a 14-hour fasting window. • Trauma can restructure the brain and impact gut function. • The Bristol stool chart categorizes stool types. • Type 4 (soft, formed) is considered normal. • Magnesium helps soften stool by drawing in water. • Plant-based diets focus on what's *missing*. • Four key dietary elements: fiber, polyphenols, healthy fat, fermented foods. • Most Americans are deficient in fiber and polyphenols. • Limit oil intake if obese. • Fermented foods increase gut microbiome diversity. • Healing involves diet and relationship changes. • Gut health connects to brain and immune system. • New science constantly updates gut health understanding. • Acknowledge and appreciate your parents.

I thought I was gluten sensitive, but when I started making bread at home with organic flour....no problems. So I think I am really reacting to the additives and chemicals they are putting in and on our food.

I prefer to be alone. I energise and am much less stressed if I am doing my own thing. It brings me peace, so not everyone who is alone is lonely

I can say I was brought up in New Zealand:) My mum and Dad had a enormous veg garden , fruit trees:) Actually all NZ had a garden:) Funny my mum and dad , drank and smoked: Died in their 80 ties :) It was home made soups, meat and veg, puddings, rice and steam oud:) They also preserved all their fruit and also made jam:) I’m 75 now and people ask how come I have so much energy:) I believe it’s from good food in the beginning and I don’t eat frozen foods and don’t drink or smoke:) I love Jesus as well

My mother had a battle with C-diff in her 80's that nearly killed her. After every strategy by the Mayo Clinic to help her failed, my sister propsed a fecal transplant. My sister teaches nursing, and provided the poo. Mom recovered and it saved her life. She had suffered so much. So, this is amazing to watch this and see C-diff addressed. Mom was a retired Med-Tech. She is now 94 and still kickin'.
