I dropped my triglycerides from mid 300's to 50 or less after I dropped sugar and carbs, went on an 18:6 IF and stayed on a ketovore diet. Best thing I ever did.
Props for the Dr giving credit to her staff and not stealing their thunder. I'm sure they appreciate the recognition.

Anyone on a high fat diet will require more carnitine than their body can make. When my son did keto the doc put him on Carnitine.

I AM THAT CASE: My body is SUPERRRRR STUBBORN, did keto for 4 years, nothing. Did hardercore keto for 2 ,more years, nothing, no weight loss nor felt better. Then did Carnivor for 2 years, nothing, and lost a bit of weight but it stopped the second year not one pound, but felt a little better. So I went back to keto over the last year and blood did improve with nine million other things i am doing. Its sooo frustrating. And what works for others tends not to work for me. (pre-diabetic, insulin resistance, inflamation, high blood pressure). Those are the three i want to heal but no luck with intense disciplines of food. Took metformin and my BP went from 165/85 for 6 years to 124/78 in one week. Now I decided to do GLPs the last 2 months. Been a wholistic healer and done self healing the last 40 years and very disciplined with foods organics excersize but none of it mattered. When hormones went so came all the probs.
