A really good crap helps.
I would gain 5 lbs during the day, and then I would lose that at night, and repeat every day. I think it's just water. Commenting before I watch even 30 seconds LOL.

There's a huge difference in how you burn based on the type of food you have for dinner. I weigh at bed and at waking and pay attention to what I ate for dinner
