I agreed that the last point is the most important. Thanks for this video. I am preparing for a family reunion, so all this tips will help me to feel my best😊
Reflective mindfulness is powerful. & Therapy, also, provided one engages with a reputable therapist.
After 18m on keto with IF and many if your other tips my mitochondria is on fire! I can go for a run then the gim and still feel like yoga in the eve
Thank you so much for stating that cardio definitely has its place.
Played rugby for 20 years….Love your content….I was primarily a powerlifter throughout my life….Now in my 60’s I have gone with a 10, 20, 30 cycle four to five times a week….10 minutes of stretching, 20 minutes of kettle bell and 30 or more minutes of walking….lost 12 pounds in 5 months…I also do intermittent fasting….5’ 11” and 214 pds now and have a very lean look….honestly the only small amount of fat I have is in the lat area…working on it but that last bit is the hardest…
It's true! Once I decreased my cardio, I lost the weight! I was doing way too much cardio until I pulled my hamstring and groin. I had to stop doing cardio and could only do weights and that's when I lost the weight! Once I healed, I didn't go back to doing a ton of cardio and the weight had stayed off by doing just a little cardio and my usual weights
Knowing the why is essential to owning the why and making a lasting change. The success of all the other tools rests on that.
It’s Friday. This week I logged 64,416 steps. Mostly at my day job but I had Thursday off and on that day I still got 8,390 🎉 I’m 55 and no meds
👏👏👏👏👏 sooooooooo great that you spoke about therapy and awareness!!!!!!!
