Pre-Bedtime Nutrition Tips for Fat Loss: 1. Lean Protein: Consuming lean protein before bed can support muscle repair and growth, which is beneficial for metabolism. Options include Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or a protein shake. 2. Low-Fat Dairy: Dairy products like low-fat milk or cheese provide casein protein, which digests slowly and can keep you satiated throughout the night. 3. Nuts: A small handful of almonds or walnuts offers healthy fats and protein, promoting fullness. However, be mindful of portion sizes due to their calorie density. 4. Fiber-Rich Foods: Foods high in fiber, such as vegetables or whole grains, can aid digestion and keep you feeling full longer. 5. Avoid Sugary Snacks: Steer clear of foods high in sugar before bed, as they can spike insulin levels and potentially hinder fat loss efforts. 6. Hydration: Sometimes, thirst is mistaken for hunger. Drinking a glass of water before reaching for a snack can help determine if you’re truly hungry. 7. Herbal Teas: Certain herbal teas, like chamomile or peppermint, can promote relaxation and may aid in better sleep quality, indirectly supporting weight loss efforts.

What’s truly crazy is, once you read Rethinking Health Secrets you realize how blinded you were, but it’s never too late. That book has some serious knowledge

Not sure why I feel the need to write this, but maybe someone out there needs to hear it. For years, I brushed off the little signs—feeling tired for no reason, my mood dipping, my body just not quite feeling right. I told myself it was normal, part of getting older, part of modern life. But deep down, I knew there had to be more. That’s when I found The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray. It wasn’t about chasing the next health trend or adding more to my routine—it was about remembering the simple, powerful things that have always been there. These herbs, these practices—they helped me feel grounded again. If you’ve been feeling like something’s missing, maybe this will speak to you the way it spoke to me.

I've found for me taking glycine and nac at bedtime has greatly improved falling asleep quickly and I feel much better in the morning than when I took melatonin.

I started carnivore 6 months ago. I am Serbian, we love our bread and pastries... I still love them, but just looking in the mirror and all the compliments I am getting from how amazing I look (I guess I looked really bad before) from people who are completely random, make me keep this forever as I feel great, I am stronger then ever, some manly things are working like in highschool and I feel good. So, I would love fresh bread for sure, but I love looking and feeling good better.

YouTube supports these people by more people watching and the longer the video the better. When this is your main income. You do what you have to do. I would love to see at the end Thomas give us a synopsis for how this correlates to a plan we should try based off of this conversation.I have ADHD it it is extremely difficult for me to catch everything being said.

I like the way he talks. I can understand him pretty clearly. Not talking too scientifically so that it's over my head.
