it's crazy what good sleep can do, even if you're not eating healthy.
Water with natural salt, some lime or orange juice and raw honey, that's my electrolytes drink.
Eat food that your grandma would recognize. Nuff said. How far we've strayed.
Paul you should do videos exposing the things in our food via lab testing. Like pesticide residue, nutrients, heavy metals, omega 6, etc.

I suffer from low energy levels and I think good sleep, diet and restriction of dopamine are important.
im eating more clean now fruits and good quality meats, waters and no soba just pure fruit juice and most importantly workingout. and i feeling better now im able to wake up early to do my personal work and ready to conquer the day. yes, somtimes i feel not motivaded but its part of it and its okay I still do it, God Bless guys!!!
Ditched fast foods and started cooking whole foods 5+ years ago, totally transformative. Cooking is a key pillar of my life now for sure 😊🔥💪 Great tips!
