I learn something amazing every time I pull up one of your vids, brother! Thanks so much for what you do - you do it very well - and the way you let your guests speak until they are completely finished is just so incredibly rare. One thing I've noticed is how you handle the occasional instances of people talking over you or interrupting you - you don't let it break your flow - instead, you continue speaking, but much louder and with assertion until they stop, then you immediately go back to your normal speaking volume. I don't blame you, and I think it's a good way of handling it. You're the guy that NEVER interrupts and ALWAYS lets your guests go for long periods of time, so if they then turn around and interrupt _you,_ then it must really be a wtf moment for you - however, it's very rare, thankfully. Hey, thanks again Jesse! All the best.

The reason why I stopped taking melatonin is that I do night OMAD, and I discovered that melatonin prevents the pancreas from fully working to release insulin into the bloodstream, leading to a subsequent risk of hyperglycemia; and Dr. Deanna Minich talks about that around 36:30

Happened to read about melatonin supplement that it might helps with covid, but for people who have airway issue it constricts
