I used to wake up multiple times per night. One thing that helped was Apple Cider Vinegar before bed. Acetate (Acetic acid) is an adenosine reuptake inhibitor. Adenosine is a chemical involved in wakefulness and sleep. For example, coffee blocks adenosine; vinegar, being a reuptake inhibitor, increases the concentration of adenosine in your synapses, allowing for less wakefulness.
My sleep has increased 1000000000000% since I started my 250lb weight loss journey. First few months were rough, but ever since I started doing mostly daily cardio (Now focusing on actually daily 2miles+ walking and 30 min recumbent bike on days I work) and doing my 4-5x workouts a week and eating high protein ketovore. I sleep like a rock 6-8hrs a night and feel sooooooooo good. As always, thank you for everything you do bro. You helped change my life Mr. Delauer and ya. I also just broke an 111hr fast and have slept even harder last few nights since.
Not drinking alcohol has had the most positive effect on my sleep. I didn’t do any of this other stuff, just quit drinking and in a couple weeks I was sleeping all night not even getting up to pee. And I wasn’t even drinking that much, maybe 2 drink a day average.
Thomas your channel an oasis of wisdom , thank you! Please don’t stop doing what you do🤍
Awesome! Thank you! 🥰I used to eat early and stop early and my sleep was better. Now I know that it is connected, so I’m going back to that!
When I work out in the morning, I instantly fall asleep after. I had to change my major in college because I was in athletics and had weights at 6 am and I always fell asleep in class. Same as an adult trying to do cross-fit before work.
I needed to learn this information decades ago!
Perfect. Precise, complete, all in one fast video. Thank You
Now I understand that term being "a happy camper" much better.
Thanks man, keep grindin!
