Watching Thomas talk about living longer and health after i just finished a night of alcohol binging and eating fast food is peak Americanism. Keep it up brother. I'll die early for the both of us.

Going on diets is probably the most stressful thing people could do throughout their life. If you make eating changes, it should be somehow gentle and gradual.

Living long is good, but more so living independently. I am a bit stubborn and do not want people helping me. I am ok with getting a bit slower, just as long as I can get it done 😬

Get rich, retire early, get a personal chef and trainer, don’t die of cancer. Simple.

Thomas is great. Got a lot of my youth back following. He's looking better now than before when he was young. Honestly, I feel the same. He knows the way. 💪respect

Muscle will eventually turn into jelly, but there has been studies to suggest when you get older the easier it is to build muscle in resistance training

Really good video on this concept. Low exercise in fasted state, higher intense exercise less regularly in fasted state.
