Beg to differ with Sergio. I’m 80 and after losing a leg at 62 and spending a month in the hospital and a month in “gentle “ rehab, I rebuilt my body, ie., added muscle. Covid hit at 74 and spent a little over a week in the hospital and another couple of weeks just getting basic strength back, gained some weight went to 34” stretch waist pants. Started hitting the weights to rebuild my strength and have added muscle to all body parts (that I have) and am now down to 29” waist. Lots of protein (close to a gram per pound) plus essential amino acids and taurine as well as some natural test boosters. Do I train to failure on the last set of every exercise? Yes. I workout using a traditional four day split and was in good shape before each event occurred. I also have over sixty years of experience in the gym. Does that make a difference? Possibly. But after training myself and attempting to train others, I’m convinced that you have to want to do it. I don’t listen to music, or podcasts or read my emails, I go to the gym, and I train. I love it and I’ll keep lifting for as long as possible. I don’t think you get weak because you get old. You get old because you get weak. That’s my two cents from an eighty year old transfemoral amputee. Take it for what it’s worth.
You can just run sprints 2/week to engage mitochondria at a high level; easiest and cheapest way.
Been using PEMF for years, probably one of the key factors in feeling 30, looking 40, and being in better shape at 61 than I was at 30, and lifting heavier weights than my 20 yr. old son. Energized water also helps.
Regarding the magnet blanket he's promoting: simply lying down on any comfortable surface and staying in that position for a few minutes, with eyes closed, breathing slowly will lead to relaxation. No magnet, frequencies, etc. are needed.
Everyone has their own theory. I can't keep track.
Not all the way through video, but I have to say I love your candidness...the real deal
Ryan Hall might be a good experiment regarding mitochondria. He went from America’s best distance runner to becoming a muscular beast after retiring from running
USP grade Methylene Blue. Cheap and effective. Look into it.
Thank you 🙏 Thomas. Another great interview
