It’s insane how underrated book called TestoGenesis Protocol by Angelico still is. Anyone serious about peak testosterone should’ve read this already.

In my opinion, videos such as this could be much shorter and to the point. I've said it before, and understand there is a 'team' of mouths to feed with income, but lengthy, in-depth videos are a turn off to many. Thanks for listening, and I DO appreciate much of the info contained.

At the lab: "Hey, mouse number 4, do 4 x 2 minute zone 4 efforts. Don't forget to put your Garmin mouse heart rate monitor on."

I’ve been doing 45 minutes of steady cardio every day and wondering why my fasting glucose wasn't budging. Finding out that HIIT acts like an 'independent side door' for glucose [06:33] without needing insulin is a massive revelation! The point about Cortisol backfiring if we overdo intensity [10:25] explains why I felt so burnt out. I'm switching to the 1-3 sessions per week protocol and focusing on maintaining true intensity [15:07]. Thanks Thomas for always bringing the actual data! 🙏

I don't get all the commenters who say they *can't* do any form of HIIT. At age 70 (2 yrs ago) I started my own program...uphill treadmill walking at a decent pace (per Paul Revelia). Every 5 minutes I increase the angle and bump speed up to fast as I can handle for one full minute. Now I'm up to over 30 minutes of that. Started with 10. Can't means won't.

You're incredible at what you do, Tom. I learn so much from your channel. I'm a nurse. I understand this stuff.
