“Grass fed” does NOT indicate grass fed for “whole life”, only up until a certain point. The label must read “GRASS FINISHED” to indicate that the animal has eaten grass for its entire life.
Trader Joe's is not a healthfood store. It is a lower priced gourmet/ general market store. Not sure why anyone would start thinking it's a health food store. They have all food items from some health foods as well as typical junk specialty items.
Paul unapologetically talking about this stuff in the middle of the grocery store is so awesome
I don't think Trader Joe's has ever marketed some of those items as health food. Only a very naive person would think garlic bread and spinach artichoke dip are health foods.
Trader Joe’s has never marketed itself as a health food store. What truly sets it apart is how its staff treats customers. Unlike many grocery stores that make you feel as though they’ve done you a favor by letting you shop there—and that you somehow owe them something—Trader Joe’s does the opposite. The employees are genuinely friendly, helpful, and respectful. When you ask for help, they don’t just point; they walk with you to find what you’re looking for. In most other stores, you’re lucky to find anyone available at all. At Trader Joe’s, I always feel appreciated for shopping there, not indebted. That difference is why I look forward to every visit.
If you once in a while eat a potato chips that won’t kill you. Being extremely careful about everything in life is living in fear. Eat most of the time home made food , exercise , good sleep , low stress and have good relationships is the clue for a healthy life .
Every grocery store carries land mines
Another excellent tutorial! Most of the frozen entrées at Trader Joe's are simply overprocessed TV dinners, as well.
eating healthy is a luxury. Its not a choice for many.
Bro....what can we eat.....seriously...what
