I’ve been focusing more on gut health lately, and learning about different cultural diets is always eye-opening. Keeping my meals simple with steak and eggs has made a big difference, but adding some supplements I found in a book called Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman really helped take things to the next level. One of the best for my gut has been digestive enzymes it’s been amazing for helping me break down food better and feel more comfortable after meals.
Here in Ghana, we're not big on desserts and we eat when hungry more so than what time it is. We also have easy access to abundant fresh foods, especially fruits and veggies. Traditionally we're not big leftover eaters.
honey as clickbate, goodbye
Growing up in South Sudan, our typical meal are glass of raw milk or 2 eggs in the morning. Following by very large meal in the afternoon mostly around 2pm. And moderately small dinner with a lot of teas in the evening.
Just going to eat grass the rest of my life life 😂
Great argument for locally sourced foods!
Honey? Not ice cream? 😂
Love your videos, dude! They have helped me tremendously.
I appreciate the information. When it's not captioned it's difficult for those that are diverse.
Tom Brady has the best micro biome.🤣
