Thank you so much dr Ekberg. My mum has been following you over a year and she has lost so much weight and her chronic problems have disappeared. She was suffering from chronic headaches, kidney problems, yeast problems etc.. she couldn't even sleep without having a painkiller. I’m so lucky I grew up with a father who was a nutritionist that never believed in pharmaceuticals,he would never let us eat junk food , my dad lived in to his 90’s He was curing people of diseases in the 50’s if he were alive today he would be doing one of these videos
I drink my ACV with half a lemon or lime squeezed juice, water and chia seeds. I drink this on an empty stomach in the morning and then drink a second glass of the same ingredients the evening a couple of hours before bed. I stop eating between 5pm and 530pm. I try not to eat after 6pm. I won’t eat until around 12 pm and 1pm the next day. Cheers! Happy Health yall. HEALTH IS WEALTH!
