One thing I love about fasting is getting into ketosis. I have lots of energy, I'm walking faster than usual, and I'm saving money by not eating. I've also been productive - cleaning the house and yard, and even started buying new clothes again. I feel like a kid from the 1960s! My blood work results are excellent, and my doctors, nurses, and physical therapist are freaking out!
if you want to reverse fatty liver all you need to do is limit sugar and alcohol consumption considerably & loose weight. got rid of mine in a year
I eat at least 6 eggs everyday and meat. Also drink 2-3 mugs of coffee every morning. I like greek yogurt with a little fruit. Not into processed foods of any kind.
I have a terrible hunger problem no matter what I eat, but one food solves this problem, sardines. One can and I'm full and not hungry until the next meal. This is so strange.
