I used to get up a couple times a night. I started to take magnesium glycinate 400 mg and glycine 1000 mg about an hour before bed. I do wake up in the middle of the night but I fall right back to sleep without getting up.
Please help, the title of the video says “…without a single supplement…” and then lists multiple supplements to take ?
I’m 70 and haven’t slept through the night consistently in years. Waking up two or three times became so normal that I stopped questioning it. When I finally started improving my sleep habits, my energy and mood got noticeably better. A good night’s sleep really is something you don’t fully appreciate until you lose it.
It's crazy . I see this video today . I have been taking magnesium each night . Still very limited improvement. Last night I took two pills instead my regular one accidentally. I woke up in the middle of the night once very briefly. Went right back to sleep. I ont say 100% improvement. But at least 70% . I was surprised.
Sleep is essential for overall wellness. Thanks for sharing.
Magnesium has been a game changer
What's the tl;dw?
Good point.
I’d like to see an update on your experience with red light therapy. Thanks for the great video
