Got same issue... on strict carnivore I went down to 6% body fat. Now I still eat 700-900g of meat, but I've also introduced some veggies and starchy carbs like potatoes, rice, plantains, and cassava. This works much better. I'm still very lean, but I no longer feel miserable and my performance has improved.
Started carnivore after seeing Tristen a few years ago. Went from 370 to 180lbs got absolutly shredded for the first time in my life and felt like a teenager again. Now I do keto and maintain my weight and still able to keep up with my young kids

I wish i could get too lean😅 at 64, and being carnivore for over 6 years, i continue to lose body fat slowly and maintain strength. I've started adding a tblsp of honey with my meat/ eggs after a workout to see how it would effect me. Supposedly it helps protein uptake because of the insulin spike. We'll see how it goes.
It's interesting every time carnivore is brought up "i felt amazing, had so much mental clarity" ect ect. I guess it depends what you want to create but personally i'd rather this then get bigger.
From what I have learnt from another youtuber over my fat loss journey. The fat gain trinity is salt, sugar/carbs, and fat, which triggers the Bliss point in the brain and makes it additictive as well. Either have High carb but low fat ( like the traditional Asian and Indian cultures foods) or have high fat and low carb ( Like traditional Mongolians and European diets) Adjust type of protein (lean/fatty) as per type of diet and amount needed to meet protien goals.
I just started the carnivore diet so we’ll see how it goes

When I get to where I need to be Im going to incorporate carbs back into my diet but itll only be one day a week, maybe every Thursday.
