1. Prioritize protein 2. Aggressively caloric restrict 2-3 days of the week ideally consecutive 3. Stop eating close to bed, if you skip a meal skip dinner

You’re giving us the low down. Short sharp to the point. Makes sense on a bunch of levels. 🙏

Trying to get summer shredded and keep my blood sugar in check — not easy, but doable. High-protein, low-carb meals are my best friend right now 💪 Anyone else balancing diabetes with fitness goals?

Gotten a lot of good advice from Thomas' channel, my current method includes most of his advice: 1) you need to be rested, naps help as well, 2) workout every day possible, twice on some days, 3) keep moving, chores, walks, 4) 20 hr fasting 3-4 days a week, but don't over-eat in your window, 1500 calories for me, 5) reduce carbs, but enjoy some, 6) don't eat anything 3hrs before bed (if possible), 7) allow get fat days (enjoy some treats), but go right back into fasting the next day., 8) don't get discouraged by lack of progress, just keep working, we are getting healthy in the progress, it's all win
