ANYONE can do this,,,I had a toe amputated on 1-6 of this yr,, A1c was 9.6 After researching and finding this My A1c 2 weeks ago 5.7// My weight at the hospital was 292,, my weight this morning 238... your perspective changes when u start loosing limbs...... I will say that when I'm not doing the 3 day I take a couple of cans and I put REAL Mayo with Dill Relish (not Sweet Relish) making a sardine salad,,, and for the cracker hack I scoop the fish salad with Pork Rinds......ZERO EVERYTHING... My eating window is only 6 hrs aday and I'm down 54 pounds since the episode .... So Dont say Yuck...
I just drove my son to work and was thinking that I needed to look up the rules of the sardine challenge and when I got home here's a new video about it. I love fun coincidences.

I did a variation of this back in December when I received out of balance labs that included 5.7 A1C. I spent about three weeks with either an egg or greek yogurt/w nuts for breakfast, sardines or tuna for lunch and some type of Keto meal for dinner. Aside from a little cream in my coffee, I consumed little to no carbs. By the end of March I had dropped 13% of my body weight and my A1C was 5.4 with all of my other blood work having equalized. Cholesterol went up a small amount but I had expected it. I use this strict diet anytime I need to reset.....and just buy the better quality sardines.
I did a brutal full body workout over the weekend and started on Monday. Probably should’ve waited to heal before I started. I’m on day two and have eaten 9 cans both days.
