Calcium, vitamin D and Vitamin K2 are an important combination of supplements. K2 directs calcium deposition to the bones, instead of the arteries.
Usually everyone is focused on strengthening bone. What is also important to work on every day, is balance, stretching, being flexible.
UNBELIEVABLY IMPORTANT!!! THANK YOU!!!❤❤❤
Wowwwww…..that’s an eye-opener. A terrifying one! Thank you for sharing this important information. We don’t hear it enough.
I once asked a doctor what is the one thing a woman can do that would ensure a long healthy life. He said very matter-of-factly without giving a second of thought, "Don't Fall!"
I broke my hip, actually the head of my femur, the largest bone in the body at 43 in a boating accident. After that, I had a bone density test and was told I had osteopenia. The beginning stages of osteoporosis if I didn’t do something. I reversed my osteopenia almost completely, by changing my lifestyle. I stopped drinking my 2-3 glasses of wine per day. I started taking a calcium and vitamin d supplement. I went on hrt, and im still on it at 65. I started lifting. I had been a runner and Pilates queen before that point. Now I prioritize lifting 3 times a week. Do pilates and light jogging several times a week. And one more thing. My maternal grandmother broke her hip at 83. They wouldn’t operate on her because of all her other health problems. She was diabetic. Overweight. She’d had many major strokes. So she died. Everything i do is to not follow in her footsteps. At least when it comes to my health. I love you Oma!❤❤
