I love that she’s speaking about this because it should be taught in schools to children. Most people don’t know how much certain foods affect your brain. I got rid of my anxiety and depression just from changing the way I eat and what I eat. I’m someone who suffered from it since I was a teenager. Alcohol and sugar are the two worst things you can put into your body.
Thomas, your videos just keep getting better. There’s so much variety these days: grocery hauls, interviews, latest info, lifestyle hacks, etc etc Thanks for keeping me on top of things since 2017, brother!

Thank you for this video Thomas and Dr. Uma Naidoo! Thomas when you asked about the pandemic possibly causing people to eat more processed foods, I was like, finally someone said it! I learned so much from this video. I’ve been questioning why so many children keep getting diagnosed with adhd. It seems to be very common compared to the past. Dr. Uma Naidoo just gained a new follower 🎉
I have lost a LOT of pent up angst and frustration over the last few years by cutting out all soda , high fructose corn syrup and ultra processed / fast food !?! I had NO idea how much the crap food I was eating was ruining my attitude until I listened in to this video today - wow - have my eyes been opened !!
I find this (how food affects mental health) and the gut microbiome absolutely fascinating.
