I met a lady in the store, 97, looked about 70. Dressed cute hair done open toe sexy sandals, moved like she was 50, drove herself to the store. Turns out she was a competitive ballroom dancer for 40 years. I feel like this bought her longevity, health and agility. And she still goes out and has fun. We talked for 45 minutes. What an inspiration!

This guy is speaking the truth. I'm 66 I used to be a bodybuilder for many years but the 10 years I didn't train and now I have back problems and a leg issue so I'm now going to start eating better I've gone carnivore and I'm feeling so much stronger so now I'm going to the gym from July
I'm 79 years old. I pray and thank God every day. Staying active helps me feel the movement in my body. Eating well and sleeping deeply remind me to be grateful each morning for another meaningful day of life. I pray for peace and good health for everyone. ❤🧡

I’m 72 and started doing these exercises daily. Within two weeks, I noticed I could get up from my chair without using my arms. Huge improvement!
