I feel so blessed when I think about my grandparents — they lived to 95 and 101! 🙌 Born in 1902 and 1908, they never took vaccines, never relied on medication, yet they were full of life. Both of them worked well into their 70s, kept a beautiful garden that I could barely keep up with 😅, and stayed active by walking and swimming almost every day. Their diet was simple but wonderful: steak, fish, beans, fresh veggies, fruits, cheese, and of course, dark chocolate (their favorite treat 🍫). Grandma passed peacefully in her sleep, and Grandpa, strong till the end, only slowed down after pneumonia at 101. One memory I’ll never forget: when Grandpa was in his 70s, he finally decided to see a doctor just for a check-up. The doctor asked, “Any pain? Headaches? Trouble breathing? Digestive issues?” Grandpa said, “No.” The doctor smiled and told him, “Then you don’t need me — just keep living the way you are.” That advice stayed with me forever. Now I’m 60, following the same path. Other than the MMR shot as a kid, I’ve never relied on vaccines or doctors. I raised my 3 sons the same way, haven’t seen a doctor in 30 years, and my resting heart rate is still 52. 💪 I honestly feel as strong as when I was 30! But you know what really kept my grandparents happy? They never compared themselves to anyone else. They didn’t care about fancier cars or bigger houses.
