Eating a species appropriate diet makes everything so simple and eliminates the guesswork. I have never counted macros and never will. I just eat meat and eggs to satiety and all falls into place.
My husband got his blood work back recently. He saw that his cholesterol had risen. I tried to tell him that wasn't bad. Well, now he has chosen to cut his red meat consumption back dramatically. So sad he won't believe doctors such as yourself. As for me, I am carnivore & not going back.
it always is sick to me how what is important does not get to the majority. this is by design. we all appreciate all of these heroes hard work, who tell the truth!!!!!!!!!! great video!!!!!!!!!!!
When I started my journey 7 years ago I tracked everything because I was clueless basically. Through continuing education and years of practice I can now eat intuitively and know when I have eaten enough or not enough. I’m down over 100 lbs, kept it off and health is great.

I’m not hungry !!! I can’t believe it. Scary ! It doesn’t feel normal to be full and satisfied. Weird. I was snacking all the time. I’ll let ya know how much weight falls off. ❤
It really does work. After 20 months eating this way I don’t need snacks nor do I need to count calories. I can also vouch for Stockman Steaks. Love the scotch fillets especially. Thx Dr. Chaffee.
