Was a vegetarian for over 40 years switched to clean keto 8 months ago... stomach issues bloat completely gone joint pain completely eliminated insomnia gone my mental health in a positive way is unbelievable also droped 21 lb that I didn't even know I had to lose... so many differences it's unreal I would have never believed it if somebody told me....will never go back.

Ty for generously giving your time and knowledge ❤ I lost 40# on carnivore and gained 15 back after adding sugarless chewing gum. I'm 63yo and started going to the gym. It's amazing how my body reacts to weight training.
I was carnivore for 6 months and was doing great, but unfortunately, I fell off at the holidays and didn't recover until a year later. My bp was way high and my A1c was 6.7. Nine days ago I cut out all sugar and went back to carnivore. My bp has gone from 160/90 to 117/70. I didn't expect that to happen so fast. I'm feeling so much better. I wish I had never fell off.
Eat sugar: glucose goes up, weight goes up. ketones go down = feel like crap!
73yo recurring carnivore, find that water is key for cramping. Supplement Mg as well, but water is key. Specially for me, as I strictly limit water consumption before, during, and for several hours after meals, just to maintain stomach pH and aid digestion. But I do a lot of hiking and that water has to be made up. So I concentrate on hydration when I'm not concentrating on eating. Nightime and early morning cramping is now gone, whereas Mg alone just wasn't enough.
Youtube is literally UNUSABLE now. There is an ad interruption every 90 seconds
Doc...this was a really good one. I have stage 4 and I suck up anything on insulin, glucose, mtor etc. Great stuff
