Started my couch to 5km back in January. 54 year old male, down 50 pounds . just ran my fastest 10km yesterday 57min .
59 years old male, recovered from a stroke in August 2023, ran a 62 minute 10k 4 years ago, my current PB is 48:34 (jan 2024) and I’m aiming for sub 45 minutes in January 2025. Great tips just one additional thing is consistency over a much longer period yields great results see above 😁
I bought your 10k program recently, and I really like its format. I have already hit a 10k PB accidentally during one of your training sessions, so they're definitely working 😆 I'll probably get one of your marathon programs after my 10k race :) Cheers from a Brazilian, living in Australia, following a training plan made in the UK.
Great as always 🎉 Bought the 5km plan. Aiming for 20 min, current PB 2 weeks ago 21:09 so hope that i can get close to sub 20 this year 🏃♂️
I'm 44 years old and just got back into running after taking 3 years off (injury). Trained for 6-weeks to do a 10k and ran a PR of 48:15. I have a 15k trail race tomorrow. Excited to be back in such a great sport! Thanks for the content!
17 year male here I myself am a skinny unathletic dude decided to sign up for a 10k which is in about 10 days. Wish me luck, I will be giving my absolute best
thanks so much. I got my sub 45 min 10k after watching this vid. Plus today I got a pb at parkrun 21:33 after seeing your sub 20 parkrun vid Thanks
If you are a visitor reading this, please, just follow those tips. What a perfect video! I used to run randomly and started training few months ago. I have seen hundreds of videos (not exaggerating) and yours is one of the best. I am following a plan made by my coach and that is exactly what you describe here! Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺
68 y o. Plodder been running a while 1.24 my best 10k time. Would love to get to 1.15 or thereabouts
Great video Ben! I'm new to running and a late starter at 63. Completed C25K sand have now done a handful of Parkruns. I've entered a 10K which is in a few months, so your videos are really helpful.
