Brands are going crazy with prices and we must reward them by only buying discounted 1-3 year old models and from Decathlon.
The price of these running shoes is ridiculous. 100% pure marketing.
As a heavier runner (103kg) love these. Following your 10k plan.
Meanwhile ASICS continues to aggressively push Gel-Nimbus 26 ads on all running YouTube videos I watch every day
Got the Nimbus 26 instead for big discount right now. Just finished a marathon with 26 in 3:30 with a smile on face.
I broke my right heel/ foot 7 months & wearing these recovering are the best shoes. They really are comfortable. Stable, wide, light, stretchy, & maximum squishy. It is worth $160
Before I found the Asics Nimbus 25 I spent more time recovery from injuries than running (shame on you Reebok!). The Nimbus worth every penny IMO.
I got Novablast on your recommendation and I have just run my first 10 mile race and my first half marathon next month 🏃💨
I have the 25s and I love them, really comfy shoes
Thanks Ben. I do all my low/slow road work in my Gel Nimbus 25 and love them, even though I am finally on trails and not roads for my races. You are spot on about the grip and I slipped over on a mud patch on Tuesday this week, luckily no sprain/strains or bruises (other than my ego). I am using my Hoka Mack X for my speed/interval work, then to my Salomons once I get back on the trails.... I'll also save up for a pair of the Hoka Bondi 9 to try when my gel-nimbus show signs of wear (which they are not, after 6 months good usage and still springy)
