Hey Dr. Boz, not sure if you read comments, but your videos are a lifesaver. I tried your 72-hour sardine challenge, and the effects were almost immediate. 35 hours in, I woke up and my vision was so clear, sharp, and bright. And the best part? That annoying floater in my left eye was gone! It had been bugging me for a while, but when I looked for it, it was just... gone! I'm so happy. God bless you.
Why didn’t you check fasting insulin?
Actually living what you’re preaching, My Dr didn’t recognize me after a year of no sugar and carnivore diet, slice of apple pie once a month. Oh, the best part is I feel 17 but I’m 61 in march . 185 lbs from 290 lbs, Ya!! Completely different person
i brought my resting bp down from 155 over 105 to 109 over 60 in 6 months by starting wall sits and lifting weights every other day, cut out all ultra processed foods, went animal based, i prepare my meals without seed oils, i eat beef, salmon, eggs, chicken and avocados and blueberries, i focus on high protein low carbs, and started supplementing with magnesium glycinate, d3+k2, potassium, fish oil and melatonin for sleep. lost 100 pounds and have zero back pain after 3 back surgeries, went from 5 medication to 5 supplements, no longer diabetic, a1c went from 14 to 5.1, longer have fatty liver, neuropathy and retinopathy healed, hdl up from 30 to 80, triglycerides' down from 500 to 45, finally insulin sensitive again, no longer have bipolar or adhd symptoms. im grateful to have a second chance at a healthy life, im a 39 yr old male and destroyed my body for most of that time, i get full labwork every 3 months
I'm so confused , with all these doctors that contradict each other .😫
Thank you for sharing the comparison table, Doctor! I’m curious to know more about how the LPIR score is calculated and the associated cost of performing the test.
[02:20] The reminder to walk after dinner instead of lying down hit me hard. I always thought resting right after meals was fine, but now I understand how it quietly stresses the heart. Just 10 minutes of walking makes such a difference. Thank you for this life-changing advice, Doctor!
This doctor provides a very easy to understand insight about health. And she is beautiful.
