❤I had major heart surgery 1998 Both of my legs have to have arteries taken out of it . Thank you for this video Sten. By far the most in depth I've seen so far. I'm 35 years old. I've had Lyme Disease since I was 5. Undiagnosed and mistreated for 27 years. At 32 I contracted Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Took Doxy for 30 days and I nearly died. Something in me told me this is all wrong. I made a choice to change my life. I went full carnivore diet for a short time. That helped me get out of bed. I then started walking everyday. It was a very slow progression but through lifestyle changes I got my life back. Today I run a successful business, hike a minimum 7 miles a day, and have very little symptoms. That's all 100% because of lifestyle change. If I can take my health back so can you.
In this crazy world Dr Sten is such an inspiration, the world of diet and nutrition given out by so called nutritionist and the food industry is so misleading and depressing, it is so good and keeps me on the right track to listen to Dr Ekberg

I'm so encouraged by Doctors like you who are giving factual information on truly healthy food options, which foods to avoid and why, how good and bad eating habits influence disease conditions and health outcomes. As you know, Doctors with only a medically trained background have next to NO understanding or VERY LITTLE knowledge about these things. I know this because I ask the new House Officers almost every year as they come through the Hospital. Functional, Integrative medicine, Doctors like your self are the way forward to help people take control of their health issues, particularly conditions that are preventable or reversible with right nutritional and lifestyle choices, eg type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance etc. Thank you again Dr Ekberg, it's huge what your doing to help people with your videos.🙂👏🙏🙂👏🙏
