Over a year ago I did your 30-day challenge to not eat sugar. Thank you. It was a life altering experience. I actually extended it to 45 days because I had lab work then. ALL my labs improved. My doctor was shocked. It sent me down the wonderful rabbit hole of healthy living/life style. I’m 69 and living pain free, getting stronger, and loving the way I look.
I noticed when I started eating low carb I started feeling better. No way im going back. Sugar no no no
