My Mother in Law eats all of those things she is 99 and lives alone and still drives and has a great memory!
I live in Los Angeles, so just breathing the air will give you dementia. I say my prayers and give thanks before every meal. I am grateful that I have food on my plate. It's getting to the point where it doesn’t matter what you eat anymore. It's all contaminated in one way or another. This planet is beyond polluted, and most humans have no desire to live a non consuming, minimalistic lifestyle. We've strayed too far from our natural path. Divine Intervention is our only hope.🙏

I eat strawberries & blueberries because I grow them & I know how they're grown. Folks need to try to grow more of their foods, even if it's in containers or even organic microgreens, which don't even need grow lights!!
Growing up as a child in Washington state, many of our small town parks were planted with enormous fruit trees. On the way to school, we could grab a pear, apples or whatever. We ate ripe, juicy plums by the bucket-load! Plums were everywhere. I still remember how wonderful it was to bite into a warmed by the sun - summer plum. Very seldom we got to the cherries, because the birds, especially robins, would eat them.
Suggest you go over the foods that are OK. Will take less time. (-:

My grandmother lived to be 96. She didn't smoke, and hardly ever drank alcohol. She ate a piece of fatty meat every day and had some vegetables with it. Later in life, she ate frozen, but for many years her husband grew most vegetables. In the fall, she used to "put up" fruit and vegetables in glass jars. She liked ice cream, but only had about a scoop. She didn't use much sugar. She used saccharine in her coffee at breakfast and after dinner. She would always take a walk when weather permitted, but in her last 15 years, not so much. Anyway, she had everything in moderation an her weight didn't fluctuate. She was always normal weight, except for in her last 10 years, after she had had to have a blockage and some intestine removed. She is my template for living a long time. She loved strawberries and fruit, but out in the country in the 50's, nobody sprayed. I used to eat strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries right off the plants. Drove my grandfather crazy.
Mi abuelo vivió 95 años con una memoria muy lúcida a los 7 año emigró a los EEUU, Ivan y venían una vida difícil de mucho trabajo carencias, una alimentación muy raquítica hasta los 19 años que se caso en México regreso a los 93 años a su pueblo en san Miguel allende reconoció a mucha gente, lugares que desde los 7 no había regresado ahí, pregunto por tanta gente, identifico tantas cosas, el murió de viejito, no tenia enfermedades, solo su vista algo deficiente, admirable memoria, mi padre murió a los 88 años, con complicaciones por la diabetes, hipertension, pero igual una memoria sorprendente, muy ingenioso, ambos a su edad recordaban fechas, nombres, hechos, detalles, sorprendente mentes!! Ninguno tomó alcohol, no fumaron, caminaban mucho, benditas memorias y mentes,!!! A ya mi edad, 65 acabo de repetir algo para que no se me olvide, pasada una hora ya no la recuerdo hasta dos tres días me brica el nombre, me preocupa esto!
