I am doing this..plus walking 30+ minutes per day. Age 83, and I’m getting stronger every day.
As a 70 yr old female, I actually do 60 squats every other day..20 after breakfast, 20 after lunch and 20 after dinner. My legs feel fantastic and it makes it easy to walk up 4 flights of stairs with no problems.
