I have been on Keto for 8 months with one meal per month that includes sugary carbs like baked potato, tortilla chips, tortillas. I am 63 years old. My body is fat adapted now and that may be why i do not crave sweets! It is so exciting to me that i went from eating family size bags of m&ms, dove chocolate, donuts, pastries, cake and enormous amounts of cookies daily (all of 2023 and before) then started Keto Jan 1st 2024 and as of today, have lost 70lbs and no longer crave sweets.

The sweet taste itself sends a message to the brain that it should order more insulin from the pancreas. The best would be avoid sweet taste.
Amazing discussion 👍
Jesse, what I love most of your personality/show is, you don't try to sell us any kind of products. It's without any hidden motives or self-interest. You're pure and genuine to your passion for a better/healthier lifestyle. Best wishes, from Ottawa.
