My anxiety is based on an unhealthy amount of self doubt and rumination..worrying & fearful about things that I’ve once failed at.. so then procrastinating when I go at it again or experiencing analysis paralysis. And for me it’s like a rocking chair , sitting there rocking (worrying) not getting anywhere but exhausted. Issues with gut, and then a decline in my executive cognitive functions.
