Having struggled with self-doubt for years, I was shocked at how much “Glow They Never Saw” by Zael Veynor resonated with me. Some of the chapters feel almost uncomfortably honest, but in the best way possible. This book gave me perspective I didn’t even know I needed
A lot of people aren’t stuck because they’re incapable, they’re stuck because the next version of their life asks for a version of them they haven’t become yet.
I just turned 60 and looking back at my life, i have so many regrets! I have been a hard worker and i’ve taken care of everyone in my family since a young age and never thought of myself. I have been feeling ‘stuck’ for a very long time. I have been waiting for a miracle to happen that would change my life! Today at the age of 60, i’m making some changes in my life. I don’t know how my new life will be but what i learnt from this podcast is that we create what we want one step at a time and we should keep moving rather than dwelling in the past and feeling stuck. Thankyou Mel Robbins. I found you at a time in my life when i was feeling very lonely and not sure of my actions. Listening to your podcast really gives me a lot of courage. Thankyou!
I remember hearing someone say,"You can't take a step forward with both feet still on the ground."
This was so helpful. Some things may seem so obvious, but when you're truly stuck, they just aren't. Ty Mel.
Trap 2, I'm an Overthinker.😢 Unfortunately, this started later in my life. The first step is the hardest but rewarding. Another great, motivational podcast!❤
“Hi Mel, I’m from Iraq and I moved to the United States. I’m currently trying to learn English, especially writing. I really love your podcast and I listen to it while I cook, clean, do laundry, and even at the gym. It helps me a lot and keeps me motivated every day. If you have any advice on how I can improve my English writing skills, I would really appreciate it. Thank you for all the valuable content you share and for inspiring so many people, including me.”
I’m single mom raising two kids by myself and I will never ever regret that decision I made. My frist decision was that I cut off my family everyone who was dragging me down and make me that I’m nothing without them but I finally show all of them that I don’t need anybody and now I work 5days a week and I’m even going to college I kept myself busy so I don’t do bullshit things !
I'm always in the ADHD paralysis. No matter how much depressed I am for being in that situation, I can't seem to get myself up and just do it. =(
Mel..there truly is no one like you. You are such an inspiration and have truly helped many of us. God bless you! ❤
